Fabrication and Coating

Our 12,000 sq ft fabrication department is outfitted with a variety of fitting and fixturing equipment as well as an assortment of welders for different materials. We also do our powder coating and wet painting right in house.

At Hallmark, we have a full scale of QA equipment. In addition to our CNC machinerey, we have various manual machines to assist in tooling or offline processes as well as grinding equipment. We also have forklifts and cranes capable of handling any size work, up to 30,000 lbs.
